The Real Deal Jamaican Restaurant started with one simple belief: Jamaican food deserves to be taken seriously. Not as a novelty — as a cuisine. Rich, complex, deeply rooted in tradition, and absolutely worth savoring.
Every recipe in our kitchen comes straight from the island. Our jerk seasoning is blended from whole spices — scotch bonnet peppers, allspice berries, fresh thyme, garlic, and scallion — no powders, no shortcuts. We cure our meats for a full day before slow-smoking them over pimento wood until they're tender on the inside and beautifully charred on the outside.
